I am registered with my conduit, job swarm, elance, work exchange,ants.com, Xlation, and may be a few others.
None of them have yielded any business yet.
As far as I can tell, they are more computer-oriented (i.e. looking for programmers), there may be an occasional website to translate, too.
I've got business and serious RFQs through Proz.com.
