Hello Alex,
It often happens that firstly people don't recognise a frame structure of my site. When I developed it, my goal was to make a "transparent" search portal for finding terms in dictionaries, so I have placed the links to them in "option select" lists at the bottom of the site. Please just look there once more and you would find two lists "Resources & Information Center" and "Translation News".
