That's quite normal.
I am to afraid to fill them in because I feel I feel that I don't have tertiary qualification, and I only have a diploma which has nothing to do with translation. I've spoken Malay all my life and English too.
So you need to focus on your translation experience.
If you don't have any you must get some through charity work or even just working for low rates or nothing. Once you have a customer, you've got a reference :)
