I've only taken French for 1 year, so I don't know that much, but if no one else replies, you could simply put, "le jardin de Jill" literally, the garden of Jill. I'm not sure about from the, but of the would be du. Du jardin de Jill. I'm not sure about the second one though, these are just a couple pointers...
