I am not entirely sure but I think it might be worth your contacting the Uni of Surrey / Westminster / Bradford and Salford. These all run excellent translation courses but I have a feeling they are part-time/full-time.
Alternatively the National Extension College runs a preparatory course which sets you up for the IoL DipTrans. If you contact the IoL or the ITI, they will have other contacts I am sure.
