I've used IBM Voicetype (old version) with good results.
If you speak in a standard way (e.g. I speak almost BBC English) the results are quite good.
So, buy the version for your locality, if you have a strong accent it will take longer to get good results. Time spent training it is a god investment. I hope to cover something like this in a future tranfree :)
