I have worked as a freelance translator for two years now and am currently specialising in literary translations. I and a friend of mine, who is also a translator would like to start our own agency, but need some pointers on how to get started:
-How much can we charge per word as an agency?
-How do we find the clients without spamming?
-How do we make a website that gets in all the major search engines for little money?
-What legal actions have to be taken? (such as taxes, an accountant, a capital....)
-And finally how much is all of this going to cost.
We both live in Belgium, so any questions you can't answer we get them answered somewhere here in Belgium.
