I'm not sure where you're headed with this. I never mentioned that the client was unwilling to "give" me the files - it's understood that whatever you see on the site is accessible to anyone with a save button on his or her browser. Source code behind active server pages, of course, would need to be sent to the translator, but this wouldn't happen until the work was ordered.
