May as well mention that RTA (Reputable Translation Agencies) on-line was launched last week. Freelance translators can use the trial version to quickly find out if an agency has been found reputable by other freelancers. Have a look at www.macroconsulting.com/rta_trial.asp -- you can enter any part of the agency's name. If the agency is included in the database, you can rest assured that other translators have given them high marks in the area of on-time payment!
Even though the trial version only displays 5 records, it can be very helpful to find this type of information very quickly.
