: Is there any way to prevent your subcontractors from negotiating with your clients? I recently subcontracted some work and my subcontractor cut his own deal with my client. Is there some kind of standard contract that I should request my subcontractors to sign? I would greatly appreciate if somebody could e-mail such sample contract to me at oldtroll@geocities.com.

: Or please post your comments here. Thanks in advance.

Another very effective way is to show the client why it doesn't make sense to go directly to subcontracted people:

- company reliability
- speed and service
- other languages

etc.

Hope this helps
