Hi Lisa,
I frequently use the international technical dictionaries at EuroDicAutom http://eurodic.echo.lu/cgi-bin/edicbin/EuroDicWWW.pl
The only trouble I find with this is that you cannot access it from behind a firewall, unless port 8086 is opened, which in my case is not so.
