In Mexico we say:

Beeper: Biper (which is actually incorrect as Biper is a brand name of a beeper company), alternatively you can use "radiolocalizador".
Both of them will be 100% understood (at least in Mexico), but I think the second one is somewhat better.

Pager: I don't know the equivalent term in Spanish, however, I have heard the word "pager" (just as in English) in Spanish. I don't know how to spell it in Spanish.
