I once read that asking for an amount between 8-12 cents was considered a good rate when translating from English into a foreign language.
I translate from English into Spanish but I don't think anybody would like to pay me that amount of money, as those amounts are 8 cents of an american dollar, which is equivalent to 80 cents of Mexican peso, which is, I think, too expensive.
I would like to know if 5 cents (Mexican peso) is a good amount of money, so please, Mexican translators, help me with this problem.
