Three Hungarian policemen go for a language examination at the Police Academy in Budapest.

The first one walks in, sits down, the examiners ask him "Do you speak English?"... the answer "Duh?"... He fails and they kick him out.

The second one walks in, sits down, the examiners ask him "Do you speak English?"... the answer... "Duh?"... He fails and they kick him out.

The third one walks in, sits down, the examiners ask him "Do you speak English?"... the answer...

"Yes!"... then the examiners say:

"Duh?"
